10 Codes, similar to that of Q Codes are another form of abbreviation to simplify a current status or incident, however today these are more of a legacy use on CB. But some traditional / old time breakers still use them along with the police in some countries.

10-4 - Message received (OK, affirmative)
10-5 - Relay message
10-6 - Busy, standby
10-7 - Out of service / Leaving air
10-8 - In service / On the air
10-9 - Repeat message
10-10 - Transmission completed (standing by)
10-11 - Talking too rapidly
10-12 - Visitors present (watch your talk)
10-13 - Weather conditions
10-14 - I am not a trucker
10-15 - I am a trucker

10-19 - Nothing for you / Return to base
